Nice back yard with good facilities, beds were comfortable and sufficient kitchen gear (not sure why knives at some airbnb's not sharp only issue we found plus gas bottles were empty at BBQ area when we wanted to use). Josh communicated well and the place was really well suited for our stay in WA from VIc. Thank-you and all the best - would recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable affordable stay!

Great place to have as a base and handy to local shops for self-catering. There is a local train line that you may hear - but didn't effect us as we were up early anyway. Only mention it as it wasn't something we were aware of prior to booking.

We highly recommend Josh’s place. The clean and tidy home and location was perfect for our mixed ages family gathering great granny, granny and two busy grandsons. Easy care, safe home with good amenities. The secure private back yard, meant the boys had space outside too. The short drive to lakeside turtle theme playground was a winner! Thank you Josh for all the clear information and providing such a family friendly set up and home for our stay. We greatly enjoyed both the home and easily exploring Fremantle, beaches, kings park and other sites from this South Perth central spot. Hope to return another time as the home worked perfectly for our family time. Thank you

Josh was amazing from the moment I enquired about his home. It felt extremely homely, kids were able to play outside and run around, the house was super clean in and out. Beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be using Josh’s air bnb in the future extremely family friendly!
