Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy condo. 3 bed, 2.5bath with unobstructed view of Sierra Blanca from master-bedroom deck. King bed and 2 Queens.Wood burning fireplace ,propane grill, and Smoker for cooking out. ARCADE GAMES. Newly added 65 inch TV. Easy entry to main level of condo.Across the street is the Links golf course and walking trails. 5 min to downtown,6 min to winter park, 33 min to ski Apache. NO SMOKING INSIDE. No trailers or ATVs. One king bedroom with balcony and view of sierra Blanca. One queen bedroom has Mountain View as well. The third bedroom is also a queen . All located upstairs .

I stayed for 2 months for work and had no issues. The place was clean, warm, and inviting. I really appreciated having starter supplies especially since I drove several hours and hadn't had time to shop. Loved seeing elk, deer and wild horses daily. Plenty of outdoor activities and hikes. My only recommendation would be a snow shovel as it snowed a few times and all I had was a broom. Overall, I had a great stay.

Perfect place
Beautiful cabin, with everything you need for your stay and an excellent location. Very attentive and pleasant host. Without a doubt, I would stay here again!!

Our condo is only allowed ONE car to park in front of our building. Parking is very limited so if you bring more than one car , the additional vehicles will need to park in unassigned spots that is North or West of the condo . Please do not block roads or your car could be towed. We are unit 303 in building 3
