Apartment is great. Balcony and large glass sliding doors is a massive +. Building is a little old. Location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only negatives was getting spammed with 40+ messages before check-in. Would rather be given a link to an online pdf or check in instructions in the correct field on AirBNB. I would stay here again though!

Host responsiveness -10/10 View from the balcony 10/10 Surrounding restaurants, things to do, accessibility - 8/10 Missing - Thoughtful touches. The place looks grand but misses the thoughtful touches that makes a place memorable. When I checked in, owners bedsheet laundry was drying out at the balcony, one part of the cupboard had owners packed bedsheets. First impression - sub par. There were no mugs for coffee or tea, only glasses. The bathroom was in bad shape with a moldy damp smell and cockroaches (although unit boasts pest control). Toilet rolls were breakable to the touch (very poor quality). Decided to stay on as I didn’t have the luxury of time. Host was apologetic for my experience and said they could waive off if I had decided to move. Thank you for the offer. Recommendations- Bathroom needs a massive fix. And attention to cleaning needed. Felt the cleanliness was surface level + the space can be made more inviting. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, I will definitely book again, but only the TV was a bit disappointing with only a few local channels. The place was beautiful, and having a smart TV would really improve guests' experience. Nevertheless, thank you for being a great host.
