I've stayed at this location numerous times and it feels like home. Roberto was responsive and proactive in providing help if I ever had any concerns. I enjoy staying at this location and hope to stay again on my next visit.

La estadía fue muy buena, excepto el inconveniente del choque de mi vehículo por uno de los inquilinos del piso 111, y lo peor fue que no se molestó en avisarnos, me di cuenta al levantarme el sábado. Nos mostraron las camaras pero la visibilidad no era buena. La seguridad no se dió cuenta de nada, a pesar que de hay 2 guardianes por edificio. Lamentablemente tuvimos que venir a Sto Dgo sin hablar con el inquilino y por supuesto mi seguro asumir el choque y yo pagar deducible🙄

The apartment is new and beautiful. Roberto and the bldg staff and very nice and responsive. The location is perfect, central to everything. All main attractions were 7-15 min drive but you are able to walk 5 min to lots of places near by. There is a casino and a plaza with music and restaurants next door. However, the complex is PET FRIENDLY, which I was not aware of as I am deathly allergic to dogs. Found out when arrived to apartment and immediately noted the scent of dog. Followed by several dogs lounging by pool / lounge seating area. Fast fwd, myself and partner dealt with severe allergies our entire visit, it was a struggle. Roberto was great about getting the cleaning lady back the next day to mop the apartment once again and cover up the pet friendly sofa. He was very proactive in getting things resolved quickly. I would have loved to return as it is a perfect location and very pretty place but due to the dogs we cannot. Wish him much success as he is very nice.

Este espacio es ideal para un escape en pareja o con amigos. El ambiente da paz, no se escucha ruido ninguno. Las habitaciones super cómodas, la cocina bien equipada, y los baños tienen agua caliente. Es importante destacar que la playa Dominicus queda cerca para ir en vehículo, ¡una hermosura!
