Small condo near Baie St Paul and Petite-Riviere-St-Francois sufficient for 2-3 guests. NOTE: There is only ONE "connected" bedroom with two large (double or queen) beds. This was NOT clear to us from the photos. A couple that uses one of the beds will NOT have privacy from the other party. Overall, my group had a decent experience at this location. The unit was absolutely clean and we'll kept, if not well-stocked. There is an excellent barbecue on the back porch which we used almost every night and can even be used to socialize with the neighbors. The living room/dining room is small but sufficient for a small group and the television is of great size for watching Netflix or playing a video game console. The kitchen is adequate and we were able to cook and clean from it. The coffee maker is in one of the cupboards, which was nice. This condo was a good base of operations for the Charlevoix area for 2 single guys, although there was a fold-away bed in the living room for a third person if needed. However, there were several hangups we had, most notably the misleading photos. The photos show 2 beds and imply 2 bedrooms. This is NOT the case, and both myself and my friend were surprised to find one single, connected room, rather than 2 bedrooms. There is no privacy for anyone, couples beware. It was not an issue for my friend and I, but it really should be noted. Another note is that while the view is good from the front, the view from the condo is mostly trees. If you care about this, take the higher floors of this condo or another chalet. The second major hangup was the poor supplies. Halfway through our stay, we had to buy toilet paper because the condo ran out. The dishwashing detergent also ran out. Don't expect any board games or such - you get the space to use and not much else. Honestly, we didn't feel ripped off, but we also know there are better value offerings in the area or better chalets for the same price. Not the best bargain but it is only a fair price, not a great price. Finally, it should be clear that you are supposed to enter door #1 and go down the stairs. There is no separate door you are missing, nor is there any way to enter from the back porch. This wasn't clear from the provided instructions and it took a minute or 2 to figure it out. You will probably have a pleasant stay - it's probably a 3.5-4 star experience, but we took of points because we felt misled by the photos.
