Esta bello el Penthouse, nos encanto tiene una terraza muy bonita con muy bonita vista, y un balcón muy grande, esta bien equipada, y lo que nos gusto que esta muy cercas de tiendas, restaurantes, y nada mas sales a la calle y tomas un taxi o uber, Arturo el anfitrión muy amable al llegar con sus instrucciones no batalle nada para entrar al penthouse, todos los días me mandaba un Mensaje que si necesitaba algo, y al llegar nos recibió Benito muy amable y servicial , ocupamos algo de la tienda y benito fue y nos trajo lo que necesitábamos, estamos muy contentos con el servicio , y 💯 por ciento recomendado el penthouse.

Beautiful place with amazing views! It looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It was conveniently located next to Costco but not much else. There was a lot of construction noise while we were there, but it did not prevent us from enjoying the condo-once the doors were closed, you couldn’t hear it. The hosts were very helpful and helped us plan activities, including an in-house massage which was amazing on the rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed having all the different spaces available to spend time with our friends and family. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop deck, which had gorgeous views, a beautiful fire pit and an amazing hot tub that was private for that unit. thanks Arturo for helping us with our CABO vacation!

It is an absolutely wonderful condo with the great bonus of the penthouse rooftop living area. The outdoor kitchen is great for grilling and the fire pit is a nice touch. 1 drawback of the complex is the construction noise up and down the street for the construction of the next phase of the project. We also just happened to have bad timing as the neighbor was doing construction on something on the adjoining rooftop. So everyday but Sunday, at 8 a.m. sharp there was concrete removal and construction banging throughout the condo. I'm sure it will not be that way for future stays. The hosts are extremely responsive and helped us set up a catamaran boat trip to go snorkeling in Santa Maria Bay. If you are foodies like us, bring the necessary spices and ingredients to make your dishes as the kitchen is minimally stocked. (we left a number of items for the next guest).

The condo is beautiful and clean and KG and his staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Our family really enjoyed our stay.
