Great place. Super high tech. All the buttons are everywhere. Great views. Close to all the infrastructure you need to have a great time.

Our stay at the LCT Residence was amazing - the view is the biggest selling point. We happened to be on the 93rd floor with views of Southern end of Busan and the ocean. We were even able to see the Japanese island of Tsushima from our living room on a clear day. The home was squeaky clean except for the very noticeable drain smell from the guest bathroom. The master bathroom did not smell. If you are planning on using just the master bathroom, you will be fine. Host was quick to respond and attend to the guest bathroom smell but it came back. This was literally the only negative about this place. Location was great - about a 5 minute walk to the Haeundae Blueline Park to ride the Beach Train all the way from Mipo to Songjeong. Lots of great Dweji Gukbap (busan staple) restaurants around for a great price. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Front-desk was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage with them before check-in and after check-in. I'm coming back!

HIGHLY recommend staying here. Was a bit wary after reviewing some comments about check-in but we had a seamless and very friendly check in process. In addition this is like a hotel so you get the regular amenities unlike traditional airbnbs (housekeeping, water delivery, even food options). The location is EXCELLENT and the view is AMAZING! The staff also check in daily in case you need any recommendations or have questions so very friendly for foreigners. Pristine and clean - this was an amazing value and our favorite stay (we stayed in three cities and five places). Do yourself a favor and book now if it’s available - you won’t regret it.
