On the plot is a over hundred-year-old oak and under it you can enjoy the evening sun. Behind the house is a newly built terrace facing south. The cottage has three bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs. Two separate beds in each room. Shower is in a separate shower room. You have a large terrace facing south where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is newly renovated with a nice SMEG stove, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A smaller dining area is in the kitchen. In the house there is a lovely fireplace and a large dining table. When you book the cottage, final cleaning is included at a cost of SEK 1,200 per stay and that a cost of SEK 3 / kWh is added for consumed electricity. You are surrounded by nature with a view of fields and beech forest. Nature invites you to wonderful walks among the beautiful beech forests and pastures. Everywhere are the old stone walls telling a story from the old times on the farm. In the fields around the house, there are cows during the summer. The lake that you can see from the house is called Lillasjön and is very child-friendly with its lovely sandy beach. The lake shore is 500 m away and you have access to a rowing boat in Lillasjön. Lillasjön is a nice lake for both swimming and fishing for pike, perch, and roach. You are also close to Sweden's 10th largest lake Bolmen, which is only 2 km away. In the harbor you have access to another fishing boat free to use. At Bolmstad Säteri you buy fishing licenses for both Bolmen and Lillasjön.
