This impressive accommodation sits in a rural location, at the edge of a village. A fantasic pub and restaurant is just 200 yards away and the beaches are 20 minutes drive away. Four Seasons Barn provides a great place for groups of friends or families wishing to holiday or celebrate a special occasion together, and is ideally placed to explore the whole of North Devon and North Cornwall. The facilities and activities on site will provide the family with plenty of fun and is all included free. Parking is within 20 metres of the front door. There are parking spaces for up to 5/6 cars. 1 step in to the front porch. On the ground floor you will find a wc, a living room room with smart tv, a utility room with washing machine, a large kitchen with dining area and snug area. There is also a ground floor bedroom down 1 step with king bed and a single bed in and ensuite shower room (mobility aids available on request). On the first floor there is a games area/children's play area with sofa bed (low head height) bedroom 1 with zip and link beds so a twin or superking on request (sloping ceiling in this room) ensuite with bath and shower over. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed plus a superking zip and link which can be a twin or request. Ensuite with bath with shower over. Bedroom 3 is a king bed with ensuite shower room, bedroom 4 is a bunk bed with double at the bottom and single above with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 5 is a king bed plus single bed with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 6 is the ground floor bedroom mentioned earlier.

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my son’s 18th birthday! Sophie is an exceptional host, always on hand, allowed an even earlier check in than the original early check in we planned. The huge gardens, horses, chickens, hot tub and pool made it extra special. A fabulous location which catered for all of our families needs (age 8-68 plus my Boxer dog). So much space and lots to do nearby - we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day on Instow beach. We didn’t want to leave! I would most certainly recommend without hesitation. Thank you Sophie
We were a group of 5 families (11 adults & 9 kids). The cottage was amazing. Plenty of space for the whole group with big kitchen & dinning space. Kids enjoyed the horse grooming session and collecting eggs. Will highly recommend the place. Thank you Sophie for accommodating us. Regards Lisha
Great place to get lots of people together without paying over the odds for frills and spec that you don't necessarily need and with a responsive, helpful host.
Excellent stay and an awesome property for a large group. We were 16 in total with a Labrador in tow and the place was spot on for a birthday celebration. Would definitely return!
Super happy with our stay! The house was beautifully clean & had so much character. The facilities were brilliant; the family loved playing in the pool & relaxing in the hot tub & we LOVED the comfy sofa room! Sophie & her daughter took the time to show us their beautiful horses and the children helped to groom them which they enjoyed. The fresh eggs were also a welcome treat. Thanks again for hosting such a wonderful stay!

Hi, I'm Sophie and I am the owner of Four Seasons Barn and Four Seasons Cottage in North Devon, if you are a large group you can hire both properties to accommodate up to 30 people. I have been working within the local tourism industry for many years and with this experience I have created holiday homes which will appeal to a huge market whether you are looking for a family vacation, reunion with friends or a party weekend, Hen and Stags welcome! Either cottage would be suitable. I live close by and will be on hand to offer assistance when needed, I also offer guests the option to try horse grooming and egg collecting free on site when they book a stay.
