Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Es war frische Wäsche bezogen, frische Handtücher im Bad, ein frischer Spülschwamm im Küchenschrank (der Lappen am Wasserhahn wollte keine Dienste mehr leisten und hat angefangen sich in Stücke aufzuteilen 🫣). Die Unterkunft ist nur verwohnt, alte Möbel mit Brandlöchern / durchgesessen oder kaputter Stuhllehne. Man darf sich nicht auf die Küchenzeile oder Durchreiche stützen. 😃 Der Balkon ist sehr hübsch. Wie es in der Stadt üblich ist war es im Zimmer zur Straßenseite morgens laut. Mit mehr Pflege der Einrichtung und Sauberkeit wäre die Wohnung wirklich super.

While the price was ok and there was plenty of space, I expected a higher quality from an Airbnb listing. The couch and armchair had stains and dust on them, parts of the home reeked of cigarette smoke and the apt felt as if it was not being properly maintained. The mugs looked unclean and the kettle was so calcified I didn't even feel like having a cup of coffee there – which is definitely a first for me. The on-premise parking was full so we had to park in the paid lot next to it. The host was nice enough to pay for my parking via SMS after the ticket machine took my money but didn't print anything. I'm sorry to say but overall it was a disappointing experience. ps. Gmaps had the house number marked at an incorrect place down the street, search for the name of the listing instead.
