This cottage was an excellent choice for a quick get-away from the Phoenix heat over Fourth of July. It is among the BEST appointed AirBnBs I've visited (and I've been to lots). Comfortable beds/linen, stocked fridge with condiments, stocked pantry with sugar, flour, spices, coffee, coffee creamer -- and even a set-up for S'mores. De Our pup loved the fenced yard and shade trees. We also went on walks around the neighborhood. A central place for us to visit the rim, Pine/Strawberry, and go on many hikes. Some former guests commented on the neighborhood. Well, it's a typical mountain-town neighborhood with every which kind of house, yard, and property. Definitely not HOA or full of manicured lawns--but we felt safe, secure, and it was super quiet and peaceful. Finally, the communication was excellent and warm. We had a last-minute issue with car trouble. They were kind and understanding, giving us a couple of extra hours to figure it out before we left. Thank you thank you

Great house and very cozy! Neighborhood left something to be desired. It’s definitely one of the nicer houses on the block. Property in itself though was amazing!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this home. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and when we had one slight issue and the owner literally drove two hours round-trip to come fix it. They were very responsive and very friendly. We definitely come again.

We had a quick stay on a cross country drive from CA to FL. We appreciated the large fenced yard for our pups. There was also more than enough room in the driveway for the uhaul trailer we were pulling which gave us peace of mind. Our only complaint was that the home was cold on arrival but this could have been a fluke. Overall a wonderful stay!
