Indulge in luxury at our exquisite villa: Bedroom 1: Master Suite Experience opulence with an indoor pool, double bed, vanity table, wardrobe, dressing room, air conditioning, bathroom, and terrace access to the swimming pool. Bedroom 2: Suite Enjoy comfort in a room with a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom, and a spacious balcony. Bedroom 3: Kids Room Perfect for the little ones, featuring two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom, and a generous balcony. Modern Kitchen A fully equipped modern American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, built-in stove, microwave oven, built-in oven, 6-person dinner set, electric kettle, kettle, cutlery set, glass cups, pots, and pans. Inviting Hall The sea-view, air-conditioned hall includes an LCD TV, sofa set, coffee table, and direct access to the poolside. Private Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 10 x 3.50 m, depth: 1.5 m, with an additional 3.5 x 2.5 m children's pool. Daily garden and pool maintenance. Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.50 m x 2 m, depth: 90 cm. Note: The indoor pool is heated for an extra charge of 1,500tl per day. Connectivity Wi-fi is available, but please note that intermittent interruptions may occur due to regional infrastructure. General Note Be aware of potential electricity-water cuts, low voltage, and construction works in the Kalkan region. Despite these challenges, we strive to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Bin collection is scheduled between 7-9 am every morning.

Brought my family to stay at Villa 1 and we were blown away with this modern and luxurious villa which boasts some of the best views we seen from previous holiday destinations. Sabiha and Metin were the perfect hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible. They felt more like friends by the time we left and this will be a holiday we shall not forget, great memories, thank you both!

I have travelled a lot with Airbnb but I have not experienced such kind hosts as Sabiha and her husband Metin. They are very kind people and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We had a great vacation in their villa in part because of their many tips for activities and nice restaurants nearby. The villa is by far the most luxurious and nicest Airbnb where I have stayed. It has everything you need and more. In another review of this villa, there is mention of the jacuzzi not working, power outrages, no warm water, extra fees for the pool, extensive rules and bad location. We did not experience this at all. The jacuzzi worked perfectly, we did not have any power outrages, warm water takes a minute because it’s a sun powered boiler but it does come and extra fees are only charged if you want the pools heated but they’re included in the rental otherwise. The villa is only 20 minutes from Kalkan, has a great view and is very private. We had a wonderfull time
