The Ceylon Slider’s Team was very helpful and welcoming as we’ve noticed of most people in the hospitality industry of Sri Lanka. The place was a little hard to find, but once we found it, it was easy to find our way back. The house is located in a secure fenced area and there’s a helpful man next door that often greeted us at the gate. There was lots of options for food nearby, but the best of the beach was about 1km down closer to the Marriott. Or at least, that’s the area of the beach I prefer. Many options for Tuks in the area, drinks, etc. Checkin happened at the hotel and we left right at Checkout, so the host met us outside as we were leaving. The home itself was exactly as expected. Lots of fans both outside and inside, and the rooms had ice cold AC which was much needed after a long hot day in the sun. It’d be a cool spot for a group of two couples looking to stay for a week in Weligama, especially if you like cooking and entertaining in the house and on the patio.

Getting that house contributed to an amazing experience in Sri Lanka. Looks brand new, well located, kind and easy going staff, safe. Would definitely recommend and come back :)

The Ceylon Slider’s Welihouse is an amazing and calm place, it is fully equipped and surrounded by an amazing terrace and garden. The beds are comfy, the kitchen and bathroom are great and everything is perfectly clean. The staff was really helpful and kind, the food at Ceylon Sliders is something you definitely have to try - excellent! We enjoyed our stay very much and it was the perfect place to unwind after arriving after a long flight and jetlag! We absolutely reccommend this place and it is not even 5min to walk from the Ceylon Sliders main house!
