We had a great stay at Broadgates. The house is beautiful with ample space for a large group and multiple living areas. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, though there were calls for a water jug. IDs of all guests are requested in advance which seemed a bit odd, but other than that check-in was easy and the welcome pack with instructions was very helpful. Overall, wuld definitely recommend.

Carmel proved to be the epitome of a flawless host from the very beginning to the end of our stay. The self-check-in and check-out process flowed seamlessly, accompanied by a trove of detailed instructions and invaluable recommendations that enhanced our experience significantly. As for the property itself, it transcended all initial expectations, rendering the photos almost inadequate in capturing its true splendor. This spacious haven effortlessly accommodated our entire family, serving as an idyllic setting to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday. The facilities were simply astounding. The swimming pool and games room were of particular interest to us - allowing us to spend quality time together as a family. The only drawback, the sauna wasn’t working. Despite our best efforts and following the host’s instructions, we regrettably couldn’t get it operating.

Simply wonderful! We had a wonderful time at Broadgates. The location is gorgeous, theres a great range of amenities and activities in the grounds, the house was very spacious with lots of areas to socialise or the settle quietly. The pool was a delight and situated beautifully in a formal garden. Carmel is a great communicator, made us feel welcome and was reponsive before, during and at the end of our stay. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning. Thank you!
