The apartment was easily accessible and very clean. Arus and Mourad were extraordinarily communicative and the nearby SAS Foodcourt was an added pleasure for me. I felt quite satisfied.

Administratively, the area is located inside the Ajapnyak district, one of Yerevan's 12 administrative districts. However, given the neighborhood's architectural similarities to the Greater Kentron (downtown) district, it is actually a part of it.
The apartment has a direct view of Halabyan Street, one of the capital's most prominent thoroughfares.
Importantly, the place is almost directly across from the recently opened and lively SAS Foodcourt.
People can also walk to the Kaiser Supermarket in a few minutes. The Buenos Aires Park, with its lake and kiosks, is just a short walk away. Other than that, there is Tumo Center, Tumanyan Park, and Kievyan Bridge on the other side.
