After staying in condos for every family beach trip in the past, we were so excited for all the space this house has! It's 3 stories with bedrooms on each level, plenty of bathrooms, and TV's in every room. The 1st and 3rd level have a small living room and kitchenette. The 2nd level has the main living room and large kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. Every floor has a balcony/patio. The beach is very close and felt private, it wasn't crowded at all like the beaches in front of the condos. The hosts were responsive and they even shipped us a dress that we had forgotten afterwards! The listing could be more specific, we were confused about the layout/number of levels before we got there. The wifi wasn't great, baby monitors didn't work well with it. And there was mold in the bathroom on the 3rd floor which was dissapointing. But overall we were thrilled with our experience! We hope that the price stays affordable so we can come back every year!

The property met our needs for a large group, very spacious. We were disappointed the pool was not available, and we were not notified beforehand, there are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The location was beautiful and enjoyed the view greatly.

The location is great! Right on the beach with easy access. The rooms, bathrooms, and space are also great! There is ample room for everyone to hangout inside, the porches provide a good hangout spot to also watch over the beach. There is great parking for several cars right in front of the house with an overflow lot on the backside of the pool. The house provides all the necessary supplies, a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, dishes and silverware, and an assortment of cooking and baking dishes. There are two ice makers, one on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. There is a fridge on each floor. Linens and towels are provided, and travel size soap, shampoo, and conditioner were supplied in the bathrooms, which is a nice touch. The host was quick to respond to questions and provide assistance. The oven was finnicky and didn't hold temperature well, which made baking challenging. There are 2 shared pools in the complex. There are grills available for use by the pool.

Some appliances in the kitchen don’t work great and somebody needs to visit Costco and buy some industrial rugs for the lower level. Also only 1 trash bag for the week that we found, not enough for a house that sleeps that many. Location was pristine and tons of room for 3 families with good beds for all. Bathrooms were clean and good open common area on main floor for the group. Overall it was a great spot for our group.
