Instructions to get in were VERY well laid out with written instructions and pictures. Cozy, one bedroom apartment with firm, comfortable mattress! Dawn was very responsive- helped with checking in an hour early and something forgot after checkout. We enjoyed location- close to downtown and restaurants we wanted to go to!
