Our new house is located in a quiet yet central location. The center of Heilbronn and the educational campus of Heilbronn University is only a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, nearby attractions include the Botanical Fruit Garden, vineyards, the S-Bahn, bus connections, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a supermarket - all within a radius of 200 meters. Here, you can enjoy peace and privacy in a relaxed stay. For shared use, there is a large living and dining area as well as a small garden available. You also have access to a guest toilet on the ground floor and a shared bathroom with other guests from Room 1 on the first floor (equipped with a bathtub, shower, and double sink). As hosts, we occupy the second floor with our own bedroom and bathroom. Your private room (approximately 15m²) is located on the first floor and is equipped with a bed (135x90cm), a wardrobe, a work desk, and a chair. Our house features underfloor heating, ensuring coziness throughout the day.
