房子地理位置优越，到码头仅两个街区，wifi相当好。房东大帅哥，人很好，很热情，多次给我们提供帮助和便利。我们已经向朋友推荐了。

Pepo is very responsive and helpful. He let me check in early. This place is very safe and the location is perfect. The air conditioner works very well and the bed is comfortable

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt bei Pepo gut. Die Terrasse ist leider nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist super! Nah zum Hafen und vielen Restaurants und dennoch weit genug weg, sodass man es ruhig hat.

We stayed 5 nights. Good location. A few blocks from waterfront, 10 minute walk to Playa Mann and the Interpretation Center. 25 minute walk to Carola beach or Baliza de Tijeretas; the latter has excellent snorkeling. The apt is on the second floor, large windows provide a partial view of the countryside, sunrise, and there is a partial view of the neighborhood. The kitchen air conditioner works well and cools down the bedroom with the fan on high. The kitchen has a full stove, large fridge that did not get very cold and no coffee machine. Queen size bed, large water dispenser. The wifi and tv was mostly unusable. Many of the items on the amenity lis were not in the unit. The outdoor space was very unwelcoming. Piles of the family’s clutter laying claim to the outdoor space including multiple piles of dog feces.
