Great place
The cabin itself is BEAUTIFUL The river & river view was great! The cabin was very clean and had all amenities you would need. We also loved the pool table & fire pit. Unfortunately we did have an issue with the oven during our stay. The ‘Bake’ function wasn’t working. I tried to cook pizzas we bought for 6 of us to enjoy, but the oven only got to 225’ degrees after 2hrs of waiting lol - left it on while we went into town (30mins) drive :( Had to throw the food out, and go to Little Caesar’s in East Jefferson. Oven was still the same when we got back. I would suggest checking with the host bf you book that the Bake function works on the oven, as it’s a long way to the store there & bk! (the local store that was closer was closed). Also bring coffee pods as there were only flavored pods for the Keurig machine. (Coffeemaker coffee was available). Note: Two TV’s - there is 1 tv in basement family room, 1 tv in main bedroom. Overall a lovely family home!
Beautiful place, just bring the food you need with you ,markets are far from the house.I suggest bringing plastic cutlery if not you will be washing dishes all the time. READY to drive high and narrow streets. Right clothes for the weather. Bring those things that you need every day or you will die ☕️ COFFEE .
