He kindly answered all our clarifications before booking. But during our stay, we weren’t accommodated properly. We had to ask for “mild” insecticide spray for the room because the room has too many mosquitoes and its eggs. We had to stay outside the room for hours because the staff sprayed intensely on the room and I have asthma. We clearly informed the housekeeping and front desk about it. After that, we asked for an electric fan for the room since the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and the staff seemed irritated with all our concerns, they just left the fan on the door without actually checking our situation in the room, given that we were complaining. And then, we realized that the bed has bedbugs and we were itching and my partner got bites all over her body. Then, I checked under the blanket and it is dusty. We called Dan regarding the complains and instead of talking to us properly or even apologizing, he just said he’ll transfer us to another room in a rude tone.

Comfortable and clean, but for 4 stars, we expected finer details like coffee and tea in the room. Wifi didn't work well.

This hotel-inspired place is worth its price. The room is large and air-conditioning is pretty fine - this place has a quite large bathroom too with clean and abundant stock of toiletries. Water supply is SUPERB and water heating is functioning as well. There are no issues on the check-in and the front desk lady and her assistant were very helpful too. Although the WiFi connectivity is not that fast and most of the time not working during our stay - the good thing is that cellular reception is available on the area and you can use that as back-up connection. We only stayed for a night BTW; overall stay is good.
