Place is new and quite clean. Location is a bit troublesome as has to make big u-turns. Host asked for extra RM150 deposit privately which isn't stated in airbnb, which we refused. Check-in time was late (aft 3pm) and check out was early (bef 11am). Host stated will let us know if we could check in earlier but didn't get back to us whether it was possible. During school holidays, it can be crowded with guests especially at the pool and also usage of lift.

Nice and comfortable house to stay with family & friends. Have a great and beautiful view from the balcony that can see Penang bridge and the sea. Overall great experience.
