The host made significant efforts to ensure we felt confident staying in a prime location when booking this apartment. However, our experience took a turn when we arrived to find the apartment untidy due to the owner's daughter using it the day before. Although the issue was promptly resolved as we waited. The apartment remained very cold despite the cool weather outside. We requested a temperature adjustment, but the property managers were unable to assist us with adjusting the temperature. Additionally, a bathroom door handle broke, leaving us locked out of the bathroom with our personal items and clothes locked inside. Despite contacting the property managers for help, we were informed that they were unable to assist us. After requesting and receiving pliers from the property manager, we were unsuccessful at attempts to fix it ourselves, however a kind stranger came to our aid and unlocked the door. The lack of assistance from the property management failed this prime property

Très bel appartement tellement bien situé- quartier central près de tout! Belle rue tranquille- on est à quelques minutes de marche du Grand théâtre et autres points d’interêt… quartier très sécuritaire.
