Very cozy

The property max can only fit 6 small people and not 10. It is smaller than a double hotel. The upstairs is very unsafe when walking out of the bedroom as the opening of the staircase is thes than a foot away from the door. The shower upstairs feels as if you're going to fall into the downstairs laundry room. One of the rooms contains a bed that is uncomfortably low and is very inconvenient.

The house was cute and clean and our rooms were comfortable enough. We found the house to be a little smaller than expected and not quite as nice as the photos suggested. The landscaping could use a little attention. The ad says it sleeps 10, but that is misleading. There is definitely not enough seating for a party of 10 to eat a meal or watch a game. Also, there is only parking for 2 cars, and it’s shared with the next house, so you’ll have to take care not to get parked in. We were three couples with one kid, and we came in only two cars, so it worked out fine for us. There were a few minor issues, the only one that truly bothered us was that the wifi didn’t work and wasn’t able to be restored during our 4 night stay. They made a nominal concession for that, which was appreciated.

Good value, just what we were after. Can be a bit difficult to get an Uber out there, not as bad when coming back though.
