This was a perfect place and location for our visit. It’s walking distance to a few local coffee shops and restaurants which I really appreciated. The house was as described and plenty of space for us to spread out in. The host was very responsive and friendly. Overall a great visit.

Kathryn’s place was a great place to unwind . We had a family emergency and had to stay in her home . It was a great place to bring the pup and decompress. Back yard is fenced in which was great for the dog ! Home was beautiful and beautifully decorated . Had a great amount of space to be able to spend time together and also have a little space to yourself . Two living areas is great for families who may disagree on what to watch or who may need some space . Over all the home was beautiful and was very well described on the listing !

We were there to attend my son’s graduation. Kathryn’s place was absolutely perfect!! It was well located, roomy, comfy, homey and very clean. Kathryn was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing Christmas break thanks to Kathryn! We rented her charming home in CMCH, allowing us to visit with extended family and create beautiful memories. The location was perfect, and the house easily accommodated our large Christmas dinner (with a few rented tables from Russ Rentals!). The house was just as described - charming, clean and cozy, with a large fenced backyard for our dog. Kathryn was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our trip. Every question asked was answered within minutes. We had the perfect trip, and we're already looking forward to returning next Christmas. Thank you, Kathryn, for making our holiday so special!

This was our second time staying at Kathryn’s place. We really love it there. The place is so spacious for our family. It is clean & well kept. It is also very convenient. It’s only a few mins away from the grocery, pharmacy & restaurants. It is also a quick walking distance to a couple of coffee shops that serve really good coffee/pastries. The neighborhood us safe & quiet. Kathryn is an amazing host. She’s available all the time & she’s quick to respond. She also had a cute welcome sign & treats for us when we arrived. We enjoyed our entire stay & we definitely recommend Kathryn’s place. Khristine A.
