What a stupendous home base for exploring the area. The wraparound porch is beautiful sunrise to sunset. We stayed for three nights and definitely could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Amazing house in a beautiful location. Great location to plan outings to Canyonlands, Bear Ears, and Glen Canyon. Good cell coverage with Verizon. Be aware that the owner will likely be present.

First I would like to mention that there are cameras on the property that were not listed anywhere on the listing or in the rules as required by Air BnB policy. This did lead to a disagreement between the owner and myself. As far as the residence, it was amazing. The home is very well kept in a beautiful location. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. For anyone traveling with children, there are lots of children's books and games to keep them entertained. The lake is only a short drive from the home. One thing to note is that there are no locks on the bathroom doors. Only mentioning this for those with kids who don't knock before entering. The owner does stay at least part time in the lower and/or upper levels of the home, but was out of town during our stay so there were not face to face interactions. The owner and host both called to ensure we had arrived without issue. The host was prompt with the return of our security deposit.

All the description details and more! This cabin is stunning. We had such an amazing time exploring the area during the days. Coming home at night to such beautiful views and a fully stocked, comfortable home made our trip perfect! Thank you!

We had a great stay and house couldn’t be in a more perfect location with an incredible view in every direction. We’re already planning our trip back.
