This was the perfect location for our trip to Rome. It is in the cutest neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. It’s incredibly walkable. Aside from the location, the actual unit is perfect for a getaway. It’s good space to be comfortable with a functioning kitchen (not that you need it with so many great places nearby!). The bathroom is great. The bed is in a loft up a set of stairs with low head room but was not an issue for us at all. The host was so friendly and provided wonderful local recommendations. She was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommended it to friends or family traveling to Rome.

Nice apartment right in the centre of Trastavere. A comfortable, well-located base to explore Trastavere from with the space used well. Loud at night - not just from the patrons downstairs but also the emptying of bins of bottles, etc by staff later into the night.

Rita was an amazing host, always had an answer to any question I may have had and always had recommendations that helped me out greatly. Trastevere was a great location as well, within walking distance of everything you want to see of Rome, and the area comes alive at night. The airbnb itself was a very comfortable stay and very clean. If you are traveling to Rome this place should be #1 on your list of where to stay!

I absolutely LOVED staying at Rita’s place! She was super welcoming and efficient with communication. I was so happy to have stayed here, it was beautiful. Great location, very clean, and comfortable. I will 100% be recommending this place to my family & friends that head to Rome, and if I come back, I’d definitely stay at Rita’s place again:)

I came to Rome to spend a month working remote + steeping myself in art. I loved staying in this apartment - surrounded by vibrant energy, music, art, cobblestone streets, + excellent places to eat. A beautiful daily walk over Ponte Sisto to easily reach virtually every site of interest. The location is excellent. As the posting clearly states, you must accept a very noisy exterior, with the bar downstairs - all the street noise carries into the apartment. I wanted the vibrancy and energy of the city, so for me it was no problem. I slept just fine with earplugs (earplugs 100% necessary; bed is futon-style and on the hard side). The internet in the apartment was great for video calls + remote work. Cute little desk area. Walking "home" to the sight of the beautiful building covered in leaves changing into autumnal colours was a pleasure every time. It has that charm that North American travelers like myself seek out. Sara was so warm + helpful + made sure I felt comfortable <3
