Andreas is a super host that is very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend him and his flat without any hesitation. The location is very peaceful and you can park your car very easily. The apartment was very modern and well furnished.

Andreas was very responsive to my request for a phone charge adapt (220v) and he came the same day when I told him that the sink wasn’t draining. I knew there were stairs involved but didn’t know it was one more floor up. The unit is newly renovated so missing things I expect to see. Microwave, toaster for example. There is Netflix and Amazon prime video but you must bring your own sign in info. Also very limited English language shows. Only one roll of TP and paper towels. I stayed two weeks so had to buy my own. Fortunately the grocery stores are close. A 10 minute walk. Also no soap/shampoo in shower. On the plus side it was pretty quiet and just a little cigarette smoke from other people in the building. The stove and fridge and heating worked well. No ac for summer heat. (Not needed many say.) The internet reception was good but then gone! Then back.? Very little to do in the town but probably used by business people. Again, Andreas was nice and helpful!

Excellent apartment for a single person looking to be close to all Wiesloch and Waldorf offer. 30 min walk from the Wiesloch/Waldorf train station giving access to all major towns and cities. The apartment is brand new, with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Andreas is a great responsive host!
