L’appartamento è bello, in uno stabile signorile e una zona tranquilla. La posizione è molto strategica! Anche le operazioni check-in e check-out sono facili. Da segnalare che la pulizia della casa non è ottimale e la casa potrebbe essere più attrezzata.

Posizionato in centro a Ponte San Giovanni comodo per presenza di servizi e per vicinanza a Perugia e Lago. Rapidi nella risposta, locali ben tenuti.

Apartment was clean but lacked the basics I would expect in any apartment. I was left with one set of towels for a nine day stay, no hand soap, no paper towels or rags for the kitchen, no extra garbage bags or cleaning supplies other than dish soap. The bed felt like it was just a box spring. Check in was confusing as the person they told me to contact spoke no English and didn’t appear to be able to use a translator. Wasn’t sure I was able to communicate my arrival effectively but he did end up meeting me at the train station (unknown to me). No other contact was made for the length of my stay. Location is not great of you are looking to spend the majority of your time in Perugia center city (not within walking distance and the trains are confusing). It’s a working class suburb with very little to do or places to dine. You get what you pay for on this one.
