We had a charming, super relaxing and comfortable stay at this cottage. The pictures dont show the true beauty and tranquility this place offers. Our host was very accommodating, available when needed and generous with little extras. Thank you Charlene, Gary and family!

Beautiful and clean cottage with many toys available for use. lots of firewood was provided. overall a great experience. thank you.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. The upper loft in the main cottage has a large master bedroom with an ensuite, and two smaller rooms, one with a bunk bed. The main floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom. Then there is another loft above the garage, which is around 100 metres away from the cottage, with an additional three bedrooms. Main area of the cottage was large and open. Kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Hot tub overlooking the lake was truly wonderful, and the dock at the lake is a great size. The host Charlene was helpful and responsive, and checking in couldn't have been easier. Overall, the cottage is really stunning, large, and a really great space for hosting large groups. We will likely be back!

We had a fantastic stay on McGuiness! Communication with Charlene was excellent from start to finish. The cottage itself was very spacious for our large group, and slept everyone comfortably. There were lots of activities to keep us entertained, both inside and out. Highlights included paddle boarding, kayaking, hot tubbing, and the Pac Man arcade game for the kids. Our group also included family visiting from overseas, and we were so happy to have given them a true Canadian cottage experience!

Our families had such a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the different areas of the property we could unwind in the kids loved the bunkie over the garage. Charlene was always very reachable and even proactive (there was a power outage planned next she advised us, but we didn’t have to worry because the generator started up flawlessly). I would definitely book again.
