Apartment itself is lovely. Very modern. Location great for the o2. The entrance to the building isn’t great. Strong smell of rubbish as you enter.
Great apartment! Need some more equipment for the kitchen, but besides that. Great!
Probably the worst AirBNB experience I've ever had. This place is not ready to be listed and is lacking a lot of amenities, especially for the price. Dirty dish cloth and mop and buckets sitting out, no dish towels or paper towel provided. Door to master bedroom doesn't close. No hairdryers provided. There was no hot water for our entire stay and their solution was to push the boost button 1 hour before we needed a shower - kind of hard to do when you have to be up at 6am for work. Only a single key for a large 3 bedroom penthouse when we had 3 coworkers staying who all came and went at different times. Their staff member walked in on us at 6:30pm at night claiming that she knocked and no one came to the door but we were outside on the patio and the door is two floors below. Terrible experience and they only offered a £100 refund when we paid over $2000 and had no hot water the entire stay (which we brought to their attention within 30 minutes of check-in).
Great apartment for an event we had at Excel (5 mins in a cab/east 15 minute walk). Despite a hiccup with check in, it was sorted smoothly and the apartment was ready for us when we needed to arrive. A lovely place to come back to at the end of a long day.

In nearby Canary Wharf you’ll find the Crossrail Place Roof Garden, offering a haven of calm and great views of the skyline; admire the exotic plants, wander down the hidden pathways or enjoy a show at the amphitheatre. While there, stop in at the Museum of London Docklands to learn more about how the docks have shaped London’s history. It’s a short train ride to Stratford, where the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park offers world class culture, sport and iconic architecture – make sure to visit the ArcelorMittal Orbit, London's largest piece of public art, designed by Anish Kapoor.
Canning Town underground and DLR is 0.2 miles (6 minutes’ walk) from the flat, offering convenient onward travel to major London stations as well as direct train to London City Airport.
