The Host which is all over famous in Bhangeli Village is ‘Samraat’. If you reach to Gangnani and ask for where the Samraat or Kishor lives everyone knows them. Both are very friendly in nature and very much helpful. I love their behaviour. This is Pet Friendly Place , my pets enjoyed it very well they become friendly with hosts. As obvious we live in village so it’s not always easy to get all the food here but host manages that well and they try to fulfil your food wish too. We stayed their for 1 month and cook our own food as we were travelling in budget so to get food in this type of area is difficult that’s why it become costlier too. Network Coverage is Low Only Jio Works and that is also only with 1 signal. WiFi is there but as there is no wired WiFi so speed become slow if number of guest increases. I love the place and my dogs too. I will visit it again. Thank you
Literally the worst stay I had ever experienced! I am shocked that such an unprofessional host like Soumyajyoti has earned the Superhost badge on airbnb. I had booked a month long stay at Soumyajyoti's homestay but could barely live there a week and checked out. Would have had checked out sooner if this place wasn't so remote. Here are the facts of this homestay- 1. it is situated in a village that has no network coverage. you will have to walk 20 minutes away from the village to a mobile tower to make phone calls. very risky for solo female travellers. 2. Wifi connection is very feeble. I was the only guest at that time and yet speed was barely 1mbps. 3. Toilets do not have flush, waste-bins, not even proper doors that gave complete privacy. From the top, the doors were cut off and left the occupant partially exposed. Another reason, it is not at all ideal for female travellers. 4. Rooms were unclean and the carpets were littered with dirt and debris and flies were buzzing constantly. 5. Absolutely horrible check-in experience. Noticing all the dirt I asked Soumyajyoti to clean my room, to my horror he refused and gave many lame excuses and proceeded to argue on the matter! Only after I complained to airbnb he cleaned the room. 5. As a superhost, Soumyajyoti falls way below the standards of Superhosts at airbnb. Any help I asked of him, he refused, and communicated in a condescending, demeaning tone. The village is remote, with no roads, mobile network or shops, I was dependent on the host for amenities however Soumyajyoti was the most unhelpful, disrespectful host. Thankfully the villagers were generous people and helped me out the whole time. 6. Water is not available in house and had to be fetched from a tap outside. At night it gets really cold so to get water, one will have to risk getting exposed to the cold. 7. Soap shampoo and most amenities mentioned in the listing were not provided by the host. This is the most trivial of my problems faced during my stay but still calling it out as it is not expected of a Superhost to lie and give misleading information. 8. Finally I will not at all recommend this homestay to anybody and would advise solo female travellers to avoid. The village is very beautiful however staying with such unprofessional host is not worth it. Anybody wanting to see the Bugyals should rather stay at Raithal as it has 4G mobile network. Airbnb should pay attention listings like these and be very strict with who meets the benchmark of Superhost. I had come to trust Airbnb with the highest of standards of safety and experience. However my stay with Soumyajyoti has shattered my trust upon Airbnb.
