My stay was great. The river is beautiful. Please note it is a bit of a rough drive to the home and there is an additional fee for pets.

Our trip to Buffalo was a great success! Gloria’s Airbnb is remote for relaxing but close enough to other cities for activities. As mentioned in a previous review, the water is not safe for drinking or cooking. We brought in bottles and jugs. The dock is a concrete “deck”, maybe 5x5’ but big enough for the guys to stand and fish while we sat in the fenced yard to watch. When the guys fished in the water we dangled our feet in the river. No trout in this portion of the river but the guys caught sunfish and perch. We went to Bennett Springs for trout fishing. Neighbors were welcoming but not intrusive. The river otters were so fun to watch! They didn’t appreciate us leaving the house deck to get a closer look which explains why we didn’t see them from the river deck. If you arrive from the west, Walmart and Woods are across the street from each other. Walmart has very few perishables. 3 grocery aisles total. The driveway is narrow but well kept. We were expecting holes and wash outs but that wasn’t the case. I was about to easily navigate my SUV and we backed into our two parking spots. The house driveway veers to the left, a little lane in the trees off the main driveway, 4th house in. Thankfully we had 4 people so the price was split between two couples but, if it was just us it would have been pricey. With a king and a full size it would be better for a family but I’m used to sleeping on a couch to get away from snoring anyway! Definitely appreciated the location, cleanliness, and kitchen being stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Thanks again to Gloria for hosting us!
