This private stay was breathtakingly beautiful. Literally did a little jump of happiness with the space. You have a private space in a beautiful garden with a quirky treehouse, sun beds, enough shade, a lovely house which is so cute and the pictures don’t do it justice. Bed sleeps great, good shower, chairs outside are comfortable and the backyard has afternoon and evening sun, front has morning sun. Fast internet. The indoor temperature was perfect but also easy to regulate to your liking, the curtains make it absolutely dark and the place it quiet so we slept like babies. Brando is super nice and clear, efficient and friendly. Perfect host. Our dog was very welcome (do all Italians love dogs?) and also slept soundly. The restaurant next door was exquisite, with friendly service and good English. They recommended a top local wine and gave us directions so we could buy 12 bottles (and got one free). The owner asked us for tips to improve, but we cannot come up with anything.

Brando e suo papà molto simpatici e disponibili! Paesaggio incantevole, il ristorante di loro gestione molto carino , appartamento confortevole e fedele alle foto. La casa sull’albero un tocco molto originale ;)

Manca di manutenzione, vecchio, doccia molto vecchia , così come la tavola del wc , televisione per terra che non si vede dal letto, manca il necessario in cucina, umido dentro la camera per cui le lenzuola non erano profumate . Le foto sono ingannevoli perché la stanza non bella come da foto . Mi spiace ma poi il prezzo è veramente troppo eccessivo a confronto dell alloggio . Nonostante il caldo la piscina era chiusa, il giardino non era per niente curato . Sdrai a disposizione erano sporchi . Sembrava quasi un luogo abbandonato

comunicazione chiara foto veritiere, abbiamo mangiato nella casa prendendo d'asporto nel ristorante sempre gestito da loro, piatti veramente Ottimi, scelta di vini da favola. torneremo sicuramente in un periodo più caldo in modo da sfruttare tutto al 100%

This is perfect for a small getaway, very quiet guesthouse which is part of a beautiful larger estate. We drove by car, and it’s just 5-10 min drive from Castiglione del Lago and it’s historical area with the views of the lake. The guesthouse itself is cozy, has a nice fireplace which we used a lot and the kitchen is even better than it looks in the photos if you’re cooking at home a bit. You also have friendly cats that may come and visit. Brando was very responsive and accommodating, I’d highly recommend.
