We had a lovely stay. The house was so cozy, beautiful location. The accommodation was more spacious than I expected (photos didn't do it justice I feel!) and the outside area was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, short drives to all the areas we wanted to visit but quiet and secluded as well. Will definitely book again!!

a treat. lovely location and very quiet. very friendly cat who loves a pat and a chat. crisp linen on the beds. spacious and comfortable, with a bonus laundry, dryer or clothes line. would definitely stay again.

We had a gorgeous few days here and we were at various locations in the area for a friends wedding celebrations.The location was perfect and although you do need a car to get to the beach and sightseeing it was perfect, away from the crowds but only about ten minutes from the beach. A very pretty courtyard, gardens and cottages it was lovely to come away from the town and crowds and enjoy the tranquility. We felt we had value for money and everything was catered for with tea, coffee lovely biscuits awaiting for us. Many thanks Jenny and Michael

Excellent value for money. Ideal location. Was a great base for visiting our favourite beach at Perranporth and other days out. Everything was clean and looked after, and the hosts were available should you need them. There were 5 of us in Holly and there was plenty of space, we didn’t feel on top of one another. Thank you for a great week - we would definitely book again!
