Relax at this beautiful, newly-built house with scenic views across rural Wexford and the Irish sea. Situated in Oulart, there are no shortage of local activities, from gorgeous country walks, to family days at the beach, as well of some of the best golf courses Ireland has to offer. Local towns include Gorey, Wexford and Enniscorthy with plenty of activities to keep families or large groups entertained. The local villages have shops, takeaways and pubs serving home cooked food daily. The ground floor boasts a large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge space with a wood burning stove and range cooker, ideal for hosting. There is a second cosy living room with a small open fire and includes all necessary logs and fire lighters to get you started. It also includes a large utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, with separate access to the rear garden. There are 5 large and spacious bedrooms across two floors. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and have their own en-suite's, with one being an entirely accessible wet room with disabled equipment available to use. Upstairs there are 3 large family bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and beautiful views over the valley and towards the sea. The master bedrooms have en-suites while the last room has access to a large family bathroom.

Eamonn is a fantastic host - he was very quick to respond to messages and always gave clear instructions. The house is warm, clean and well appointed and is set in a beautiful and peaceful rural location, with fantastic views. Lots to do in the local area - a couple of highlights include a lovely restaurant, cliff walk and beach at Cahore and the Irish Heritage Centre near Wexford. We'd happily come and stay here again.
Eamonn is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful with anything needed around the stay! The house is wonderful, it has everything you need, also suitable for a long period. Comfortable and nice property. Everything was fine!
We had a lovely stay at Eamonn’s place over New Year with two other families. Eamonn was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble. The house was lovely and really well equipped. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Would definitely return.
The pictures do not do Eamonn's place justice at all. We were all so impressed with the space. Upon arrival we were delighted to see the table all set for a Christmas feast with all the napkins and glasses you could want. A beautiful tree and fire ready to be lit with Christmas cake and mince pies. The Kitchen provided us with more than enough space and utensils, we were worried as the Christmas dinner is the dinner of the year so the pressure was on. Eamonn responded almost immediately to any of my queries and helped us out as soon as we couldn’t work a few bits out. The house is warm and comfortable it has a real homely feel to it. A perfect place to have all the family. The fact that we all had an en-suite bar the children was perfect and the bath for the cousins was the cutest thing ever as this was the first time we all were able to stay together for Christmas.

Situated between the villages of Oulart and The Ballagh, there are nearby country walks through Oulart Hill as well as local historic monuments. There are a number of churches, pubs, shops and takeaways in the villages and easy access via car to nearby towns.
There is plenty of car parking space at the house. You can walk to the nearby villages in 20 minutes, but we would recommend a car to get around and make the most out of your stay.
