The location given to us from the listing took us to somewhere else, so we had to send a photo of where we were, and she came to get us. The flat was ok but looked better in photos and smelt of bad drains. The beds are very hard. There was a bad gas leak around the hob. The host got a workman in to repair it and it was ok initially but then started leaking again. At this point we decided to leave, due to obvious safety concerns. We requested a refund which our host agreed to. Today we received a notification from Airbnb that she had claimed we had broken her very old sofa bed - we obviously hadn’t and we are contesting the claim. It just shows you should avoid the apartment!
