Carey was extremely responsive and checked in on multiple occasions to ensure our stay was perfect. The beach house is not only spacious, but clean, clutter free and has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Everything looks like the pictures and you truly are steps from the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Carey was a great hoist. The place is exactly as described with great views of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing all day and night. The location is great if your looking for a quiet get away on what fells like a secluded island, but less then a mile to a decent restaurant and marina. Carey was very helpful prior to our check in giving me a complete run down of the area and local places to go. We where not able to get checked in until 3 am but that was not an issue at all. Carey was also very accommodating with our schedule and flexible to help make everything work for us. I would highly recommend staying at this house if your looking for a quiet get away with good views, and white sandy beaches!

Carey was super quick to respond and accept our reservations when we wound up needing a rental fast. We came for the quiet and beautiful beaches and it did not disappoint! The house was wonderful and the house instructions left nothing to question. We will never forget the peaceful time we had or the hospitality of the host! We will 100% return to Seaside Sanctuary when we can!

I shared with the host that this was the most peaceful beach experience I've ever had. It looked like the beach did decades ago. I loved that the beach was mere steps from the house and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I was so relaxed I thought something was wrong with me...We went to the fort and had a great visit there. My husband threatened to never leave! I will definitely return.

From start to finish Carey was awesome. Never had any questions because everything was laid out in black in white or covered before I had the question. Will definitely be staying again soon.
