We had two lovely nights at Linda and Andrew’s gorgeous cottage. It was so cosy with the wonderful log burner and the beds were extremely comfortable with high quality linen. It was also spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water for showers. We enjoyed a great dinner at The (very busy) Bull on Friday night (recommend you book a table if you want to eat there!) and then an equally delicious and special birthday lunch The Woodcock in Iden Green on Saturday - our reason for choosing to stay Benenden. The staff there were second to none. After all the revelry it was great to relax at the cottage in front of the fire. All in all a very successful and enjoyable weekend.

Linda’s cottage was absolutely perfect, exactly as pictured and described. We stayed for a nearby wedding and loved our stay. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back one day! Beautiful Christmas tree and welcome basket upon arrival which was hugely appreciated, particularly by our 4 year old! Thanks so much xx

Lovely home - spacious, clean and great amenities. Great location with lots of close walks and lovely pub just down the road, as well as drivable to lots of other sights and activities. Would definitely stay again!

We were in the area for a wedding and wish we could have spent more time in the house. Its was beautiful. The arrival instructions were perfect and easy to follow - even in the rain and the dark. The house was spotlessly clean and the wine and tea/coffee was a lovely touch after a very long drive down. The bed was so comfy and we all got a great nights sleep. If it had been nicer weather we would have loved to have made the most of the garden. I think I said "I could live here" about 10 times over the weekend. I had one question before we arrived and Linda was very quick to respond. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
