The place was decent, clean, exactly as we expected to be, and the owners and the property dogs are very friendly and accommodating. The rocky beach front was also beautiful, although it was quite difficult to get to the edge and not really ideal for swimming. As for the restrooms in our rooms, our only criticism is that there was no toilet seat, no clothes/towel rack in the restrooms for changing, and outside where we can hang our wet clothes. The other aircon at the end of the room wasn't also very cold.

The place was spacious for 7 pax and we enjoyed staying at the cottage to grill our lunch. However, the place is far from Sabang beach where you can surf and the beach by the hotel is low tide in the morning.

Everything was good except for the occasional brownouts and low to no supply of water.

The owner was responsive to my queries. Even if the location was in a secluded area, we found it easily because she gave an accurate description on its location. The room was smaller than you thought upon looking at its pictures posted here. Nevertheless, what stood most was the breath taking view of the rock formations which you can see at the window of your room. The view might be more astonishing if there were no other structures built very near to the beach.

Everything is almost perfect, love the place and wish we could've stayed much longer but we lack time. It's a great stay for long weekends tho to better appreciate Baler's natural beauty. In regard to the facilities, its okay to stay in 3rd floor due to its privacy but wouldn't recommend for Senior Citizens with difficulty climbing upstairs, doable with supervision.
