Great little place in a good location for a fair price! Tate was very responsive and answered any questions I had, would recommend!

We loved how private & quite the area was. The deck was nice & enjoyed the table, chairs, barbeque, and covered porch. The lock on the cabin was awkward - with only 1 key made it inconvenient. We appreciated the renovated bathroom but were only provided with 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for a weeks stay and about 4 pieces of kleenex. We had to purchase our own. The 1 bed was comfortable, but the room was small with no storage for 4 bags or jackets. The kitchen cupboards were new but the upper wall looked like it had leaked and the fridge was very old. We were not comfortable storing food in the freezer/fridge. Fridge was making a loud noise all the time and disturbed sleep & no place for 4 people to sit for dinner if rainy or cold. Place would be more suited for 2 guests. Cupboards disorganized, no place for guests groceries, provided a couple plastic cups & dirty pots! We enjoyed the sofa and chair - but the sofa bed was uncomfortable (with the 3 sections).

Great one bedroom trailer. Tate’s place was very clean comfortable. The towels were all soft and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. Great location to enjoy Riding Mountain National Park!

Excellent accommodation! We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean and excellent accommodation—a good location near the lake and the Riding Mountain National Park’s commercial center—with contactless check-in and check-out. We enjoyed a lot the fire pit with available wood and comfortable sitting options. Well-equipped bathroom. We recommend this place!

Tates place was perfect for a week get away, it was very clean and tidy, walkable to the park and nicely updated. Would highly recommend
