This unit was exactly as pictured and was great for four adults and two preschool aged children. Michael was super responsive and addressed all of our concerns quickly. We were happy with our stay.

Was mostly as pictured. Beds were very uncomfortable, like we were sleeping on a rock. Could have been much cleaner considering the cleaning fee is $100 & we did a lot of the cleanup as requested. A carbon monoxide detector started to go off(very loud beeping in staircase) & woke everyone up at 6am(both units as we knew the ppl below us). Had to call 911 & fire dept came. Luckily it was faulty but they said it had happened there before & they were asked to remove it which it obviously wasn’t. Firefighters mentioned it was incased under the stairwell somewhere. It continued to go off for 6+ hours & was especially loud in the basement unit. It did eventually stop but started again at 12am. This NEEDS to be addressed immediately. Not sure how they haven’t gotten a fine yet for it. Hosts did not apologize or ask if we were okay, just kept asking if the beeping stopped. They offered a $75 reduction to our stay. Location was great for us & good amenities in kitchen.
