We stayed for two nights at the tail end of a business retreat. Being across from the park was heavenly, as well as being so close to Sawmill (delish and so fun to have live music on Sunday!) and the Plaza. The compound with the other detached units was super quaint and lovely, and the history of the property was really wonderful to know (shared in the Airbnb visitor guide). From a business travel perspective, it was great having two bedrooms separated by the living area in the middle, both with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had salt, pepper, olive oil, and ample pans and skillets. The coffee maker provided options to make either a pot of drip coffee or K-pods (which was nice since one of us drinks decaf and the other full strength). The towels were wonderful and the beds comfy (which is a big deal for us!). Recommended stay / location!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was wonderfully comfortable and we loved being so close to Old Town and able to walk to the Saw Mill and the museum! Katelyn has thought of everything to make your stay easy and cozy.

Katelyn’s place is perfect - historic, charming, and comfortable, with a park across the street and Old Town about two blocks away. Everything is walkable. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. This is by far the best place I have stayed in ABQ - and I’ve stayed at multiple AirBnBs and hotels.

We had an excellent stay. Walking distance to sights and dining. Very charming atmosphere. Hosts were extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

The Homestead was a great spot for our family of 4 for a few days! It’s a nice place with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our hosts thoughtfully provided some snacks and coffee! They were friendly and responsive whenever we contacted them. We would definitely come back!
