On my way to Dambulla we realized we forgot to book accommodation and were able to stay here last minute which was very lucky for us. I only have wonderful things to say about my stay at Simoya Nature Park. From the moment we arrived it was amazing. Deepal and Madhupani are the kindest, most accommodating people we’ve met since arriving in Sri Lanka. They truly put so much care and effort into everything about our stay. The room is exactly as pictured and was perfect. It is large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, bathroom and shower were great as well! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated with art Madhupani had created herself. The breakfast and dinner prepared were absolutely delicious. Everything was traditional Sri Lankan dishes, which made the experience even better. You can sit at the table on the back patio and see nature, monkeys and their garden where they grow a lot of their own fruits used in the fresh juice and food they prepared for us. Deepal and Madhupani are very knowledgeable and passionate about this history and culture in Sri Lanka and had great recommendations for things to do in Dambulla. Deepal even took us to a nearby lake and a temple lookout to see beautiful views of the area at sunset as well as the local market where fresh fruits and vegetables are sold. One our last day they took us on a walk to a nearby den and told us more wonderful history about the area. The location of their property is very close to the town center as well as local attractions. We even spent some time playing cricket with their three beautiful children and fell in love with their family dog Windy. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here if you are visiting Dambulla. You won’t find a better place! We hope to come back one day in the future! Thank you for everything!

Aniden, rezervasyon yapmadan otele giriş yapmamıza rağmen, hızlıca odayı temizleyip hazır hale getirdiler. O sırada biz taze meyve sularımızı içiyorduk. Oldukça sakin, doğayla iç içe bir mekan. Odaya girdiğimizde bayıldık! Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Sri Lanka’da çoğu yerde görmediğimiz şampuan, sıvı sabun, su ısıtıcısı, çay gibi ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu. Wi-Fi iyi çekiyordu. Oda oldukça büyüktü ve tavan da yüksekti. Yatak da çok büyüktü. Kıyafetlerinizi koyabileceğiniz güzel bir dolap mevcuttu. Hatta çalışma masası ve televizyon bile! Deepal ve eşi Madhupani bize çok güzel kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği hazırladılar. Çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi, bayıldık! Çok fazla emek verdikleri belli oluyordu. Otel Dambulla cave temple a yürüme mesafesinde. Sigiriya’ya da oldukça yakın. Sigiriya’ya gitmek için motorsiklet kiraladık. Gün doğumunu izlemek istedik. Sabah erken saatte yolda vahşi fil olabileceğinden motorsikletleriyle bize eşlik ettiler. Bu bizi çok mutlu etti. Deepal ve Madhupani bize Sri Lanka hakkında çok fazla bilgi verdi. Hatta bizi yakındaki bir göle ve tapınağa götürdü. O günbatımını asla unutamam! Bahçesini gezdirdi. Sri Lanka’ya özgü birçok bitki gösterdi. Son kaldığımız konaklama yeriydi ve en güzeliydi. 10 üzerinden 10! Bir daha gelirsem yine buraya geleceğim ve herkese tavsiye ederim. İnanılmaz bir deneyimdi! Her şey için teşekkürler!
