We've made numerous trips to the Skaneateles area to visit family and have had no better experience then our stay at Erika's property. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with all the necessities. The location is just minutes from the downtown in a beautiful quiet location. Erika was responded to our questions instantly and was very proactive with suggestions about the property and the area. As a dog owner I appreciated having access to the garage. We had several rainy days and it was nice to be able to dry off and clean up the pup in the garage before going into the house. Overall a very nice experience.

Erika’s place was great! Perfect place for a nice little getaway for my spouse, our pups & I. There were plenty of places for us to walk to & super close to town & the local spa (which brought us to Skaneateles) we hope to return real soon! Thanks again Erika!!

Charming and well appointed 2 bedroom/1 bath house. The photos are true to life. Very private, about a mile and half from town and lake. Easy to walk or drive. Good parking in town. We had dinner at Doug’s Fish Fry where our dog was welcome at the tables outside. Erika is a lovely and very helpful hostess. It was an awesome place to witness the eclipse (even on a cloudy day.) My husband and dog were made very welcome too. There is a large field behind the house where all 3 of us ran around for a bit.
