We loved Sue’s apartment in Winchester and have already recommended it to friends. A short 10 minute walk to both the train station and the city centre. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy and the thoughtful welcome tray with eggs, cereal bread and milk in the fridge was lovely after a long train journey. Sue left lots of leaflets and information books about the surrounding area and there was a folder filled with useful details about the apartment and local amenities. Sue’s lovely flat would be my first choice if I came to Winchester again and have nothing but praise for her as a host. Emma and Penny

This is a great apartment with private parking (the entrance is through the arch off the road) and within a few minutes easy walk of the station and the city centre. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the tray with the essentials (tea, coffee, salt and pepper, breakfast items and much more) was a lovely friendly touch and very much appreciated. I would recommend Sue's apartment without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at Sue’s place, which was very comfortable and ideally suited for a visit to Winchester. It is very well equipped and we really appreciated the welcome tray of breakfast items. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful flat within a short walk of Winchester centre. Place was absolutely immaculate and the breakfast tray was a welcome addition. Sue’s communication was helpful and straightforward. Parking for the flat was right outside. Sue changed the bedding for feather free which was very much appreciated. We will definitely stay again when next on Winchester
