Great location 800m to Belmont forum, with shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 4km to Otpus stadium and the casino 500m to local parks and library. Parking is available on the driveway if pre-confirmed. Inside the Granny Flat you'll find everything you need for a short stay. This includes all the dishes and basic cooking supplies and a bar fridge/freezer, along with kettle and toaster. There is a microwave and a small plug in cook top if you want to visit the local shops for basic cookings. (note this is not a kitchen and there is no proper hotplate or exhaust fan). The bathroom includes all your shampoo, conditioner and body soaps. as well as hair dryer and hair straightener. Being a studio style space everything is one large open area. Chill on the couch, do some work at the desk, or relax in the Queen bed. There is a smart TV for you to connect to, so you can binge-watch your favourite shows (own log in required for services). Out the front is two cute chairs and a little table for you to enjoy the morning or afternoon. We are mostly a friendly street. I am often around having a chat with the neighbours.
