The location of this house can’t be beat! Right across the street from the lake and beach access, plus your own dock out back. The house was larger than it looked it photos. Great layout of the bedrooms for privacy/accommodating a large group. It could have been cleaner though. There were cobwebs hanging everywhere and all shelves had thick layers of dust. Bathroom also had dirty footprints in the tub. House also lacked some attention to detail (only one kitchen towel, broom but no dustpan, screen door was ripped, bathtub stopper wasn’t functioning). That being said we would still stay here again in the future as the location and space was great. HOA fees for all amenities for a month were super reasonable too. I think it was $150 for 4 people all access for the month.

A very well maintained home in a fabulous location. It's well stocked and ready for a large family or a single traveler. My five week stay in this home was simply wonderful and I would gladly stay again. For a $40.00 per week per person fee, you can purchase access to the beach, pool, playground, etc. a mere 30 steps out the front door. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained. The fee was worth it, in my opinion, simply because that view from the beach was indescribable. The house's location is central to all that's happening in South Lake. I traveled alone but always felt very safe in that neighborhood. You will see bears, which I thought was quite fascinating! Stunning birds also hang out on the back deck daily which makes the sunrises and sunsets even more enjoyable. If the weather had cooperated, I would have taken one of the kayaks out. There were 2 at the house, ready for a day on the lake. Again, if I visit the area in the future, certainly this home will be my first pick.
