Nice level 30 apartment with a great view of PP and a short walk to Aeon Mall. The complex has a great large pool and a good gym. David was a very good communicator and helped with any questions.

I needed a place to stay as an unexpected detour to Cambodia last minute and was lucky to find this place! Friendly and accommodating host, big balcony, spacious and good location. * I did see a few baby roaches coming from the cracks in the caulking of the sink, but it’s not the end of the world. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic compared to a lot of places I’ve stayed though!

Great place if staying in Phnom Penh! Booked for a week and extended an additional week as we enjoyed the balcony, views, location, and amenities the residence had to offer! Definitely take advantage of the fitness center and massive pool. Space was just what we needed as a couple, took use of the kitchen cooking homemade meals multiple times. Walking distance to many restaurants - for sure indulge in the eateries in the Aeon Mall. We happened to be there the weekend of the Water Festival and the fireworks show from the balcony was awesome. Staff was attentive and prompt whenever we needed anything (towels, toilet paper, batteries for remote, etc...). Highly suggest this Airbnb and would book again next time we travel to Phnom Penh. Thank you David, Thida, and staff for making our staff that much more enjoyable!

Die Lage der Residence ist optimal. Wunderschöne Ausblick, aus dem 42 Stockwerk auf die Stadt. Es funktionierte alles prima.
