It says they reply within a hour. It’s a lie. It took days and they saw the message and ignored me. Also called me mister while i was a woman. They can see it on my profile and passport. Room smelled awful like fried food especially bathroom. It was really bad smell and they didn’t do anything about it. Hallway was loud and noisy. The blankets where sour and didn’t give us new even there was big coffee stain in it. Only the Cleaning lady was friendly. Asked for coins for washing and give us bills, while the instructions say that when you put in bills instead of coins the machine was broken often. So you will put in too much every time. The breakfast and menu were crossed with a pen and made more expensive with a pen. When we checked out nobody was at the counter even it was in operating hours. Only location was good.

다 좋았습니다. 다만 흡연장소를 별도로 마련하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 차가 드나드는 주차장 출입구에서 흡연하는 모습을 보게 돼서 안타까웠습니다.

Lovely accommodation with very modern room. Great location since it’s not very far to the beach and the waterfalls. Would definitely stay here again :)
